Preparation kit for baguette bread.
Make your traditional French bread for the pleasure of offering and sharing the ancestral recipe accessible to all.

Pour the contents of the sachet (flour and yeast) into a salad bowl.

Add a teaspoon of salt and 170 m of cold water and form your dough.

Place your dough in the La French Baguette mould.

Put in the oven for 40 minutes at 40°C.

Take the baguette out of the oven and add water to the drip pan.

Put your baguette back on the cooking grid for 40 minutes at 230°C.
